The General Director of AME, Mr. Fadil Kodra received in the farewell meeting Mr. Hideya Kobayashi, senior JICA official who is completing his mission.
On this occasion he was accompanied by his successor Mr. Jiro TAKEICHI where I introduce him as the new Director of JICA Balkan Office.
Mr. Kodra thank Mr. Hideya Kobayashi support and cooperation between the Agency for Emergency Management and JICA and welcome Mr. Jiro TAKEICHI as the new Director of JICA Balkan Office where he expressed his readiness for cooperation in the future.
